A bouquet with rehydrated flowers

We recently had a wedding where the bride decided to use rehydrated flowers in her wedding bouquet, her headdress and the groom’s boutonniere.
The truth is they’ve never requested this type of bouquet, but I loved how it looks!
So if you want to keep your bouquet for years, this is a great idea and it looks totally natural.

A veil is an ideal accessory for any bride

The truth is that it is hard to imagine a bride without a veil; it is an accessory that really accentuates a bride, especially if your ceremony will be religious.

Here is a list of some types of veils:

  1. Short or birdcage veil:  It's a classic. It only covers the face of the bride for entering the church and the ceremony.  After the bride kisses the groom, it is moved back away from her face and covers her hair.
  1. Shoulder and Elbow-length: As the name implies this style of veil extends to the shoulders or elbow, the length varies depending on the height of the bride.
  2. Chapel:  A very elegant veil choice that cascades from the head down to the floor.
  3. Waist-length:  This veil attaches to the head, usually behind the headdress and extends down to the back of the waist.
  4. Ballet-length:  This veil covers the head and opens slightly at the sides of the face, closing below the waist.
  5. Cathedral:  The longest of them all, this veil usually exceeds the length of the dress and train.

Zapotec Wedding

Want to have a beautiful mexican symbolic ceremony?
I will talk about a beautiful ritual we have in Oaxaca, a Zapotec wedding.
This ceremony involves a lot of people because it has many rituals before the ceremony itself begins.
They use prehispanic music, with drums and snails.
And it has a lot of significant elements, like the couple is united with a shawl.
Groom and bride share different meals.
Guests participate a lot.
We leave you a video, to check how beautiful it is:
If you want to get married with this beautiful and original ritual with the sea, the sun and the sand as witnesses, you can contact:
